Powerhouse Catering has been feeding Greater Boston since 2015 — weddings, offices, big events, the whole thing. But somewhere along the way, our team kept coming back to one question: why is chicken always so... fine?
So we did what any reasonable person would do. We took the chicken we already loved, and stuffed it with literally everything else we loved too. Buffalo dip. Cordon bleu. Tikka masala. Cranberry stuffing. If it tasted good on its own, we figured — why not put it inside the chicken?
That's it. That's the whole origin story. We just really, really like stuffed chicken, and we think you will too.
